Terms & Disclosures

These terms govern the use of andyaltahawigrant.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept them.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site describes the purpose and planned grant programs of the Andy Altahawi Grant (the “Grant”), and documents the professional background of its founder, Andy Altahawi. The Site is informational only.

2. Formation status

The Grant is in formation. It has not been formed or incorporated as a legal entity and is not a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or any equivalent law. The grant programs described on this Site are planned programs; they will operate only after formation is complete, and their final terms may differ from the descriptions here. Formation milestones will be announced on this Site.

3. No solicitation; no donations

Nothing on this Site is a solicitation of donations, contributions, or grants, and none are accepted through this Site. No payment functionality exists on this Site, and no contribution would be tax-deductible. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell securities or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities, nor legal, investment, or tax advice.

4. Grant applications

No grant application is open, and no submission through this Site — including the contact form — constitutes an application, creates any expectation of an award, or forms any relationship with the Grant or its founder. When applications open, published criteria will govern.

5. Professional status of the founder

Andy Altahawi is an international non-U.S. attorney. He does not practice U.S. securities law; any matter requiring U.S. legal advice or opinions is handled in co-counsel with U.S.-admitted attorneys. He is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or funding portal. References on this Site to investment banking activity and to the broker-dealer operations of Adamson Brothers (1998–2007) are historical.

6. Regulatory history

The founder’s complete record and regulatory history, including the 2018–2019 SEC Longfin matter resolved by consent without admitting or denying the allegations, is published with primary sources at andyaltahawi.com/record. Readers are encouraged to consult it.

7. No advice and no reliance

Content on this Site is general information. It is not legal, investment, tax, or accounting advice, does not create an attorney-client or advisory relationship, and should not be relied on in making any decision. Descriptions of past transactions and past professional roles are historical and are not a prediction or guarantee of any outcome.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, including other sites operated by or on behalf of the founder. Those sites carry their own terms; linking does not imply endorsement of any third-party content.

9. Accuracy and changes

The Site is maintained in good faith but is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Content may be corrected, updated, or removed at any time without notice.

10. Intellectual property

All text, artwork, photographs, and design elements on this Site are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission, except for ordinary quotation with attribution.
